Designed for aspiring actors who are preparing to apply to drama school in the current audition cycle, this twelve-week programme provides focused training, detailed feedback and sustained guidance as students develop their audition material.
Drama school auditions are highly competitive. Success requires more than talent alone — it demands careful preparation, thoughtful interpretation and the ability to present work with clarity and confidence.
Drama School: Unlocked supports actors through this process, helping them refine their monologues and approach their auditions with a deeper understanding of their craft.
Places on the programme are limited to ensure each student receives meaningful individual attention.

Drama School: Unlocked is intended for actors who:
• are preparing to apply to drama school in the current year
• are ready to begin serious preparation of their audition material
• want structured training and detailed feedback over an extended period
• are committed to developing their craft at a professional level
This programme is particularly suitable for students who have already attended the Drama School: Strategy Session or participated in the Audition Intensive.
Drama School: Unlocked runs over twelve weeks, guiding actors through the key stages of audition preparation.
Throughout the programme, students work closely with experienced tutors to select, develop and refine their audition monologues.
Sessions focus on:
• choosing suitable classical and contemporary material
• developing clear interpretation and objectives
• strengthening vocal and physical communication
• building emotional connection and presence
• preparing performances suitable for self-tape submissions
By the end of the programme, students will have developed audition material that reflects both their abilities and their understanding of the text.

• detailed coaching and feedback on audition monologues
• guidance on selecting suitable material
• support preparing professional self-tape submissions

Students are encouraged to approach their work with discipline, curiosity and openness, developing performances that are thoughtful, clear and engaging.
The aim is not simply to prepare students for auditions, but to help them develop the habits and mindset required for professional actor training.
