Our role is to give talented young actors the training, preparation and individual guidance they need to take their next step with confidence.

Every student we've supported through their drama school application over the past three years has secured a place at drama school.

Results matter, but the journey towards them matters too.
Our students talk about becoming more confident, more independent and more thoughtful actors — developing not only stronger audition material, but a deeper understanding of their craft.

- Lauren, Drama School: Unlocked graduate 2026
For parents, the drama school application process can be just as unfamiliar as it is for the actor.
Families frequently tell us that having experienced guidance throughout the process gives both them and their child greater clarity, confidence and reassurance — while allowing the young actor to take greater ownership of their preparation.
I felt very out of my depth and hoped Marcus would take the strain — and that was the case.
Lauren became much clearer about what the process entailed and gained a great deal of confidence. Marcus seemed to ‘get’ her very fast, pushed all the right buttons and made demands that were just right.
He worked with me, as Lauren’s mum, in a brilliant way. He took the weight off.
Lauren went on to receive two offers from good acting schools.
It was the best thing I ever spent money on for Lauren.”
— Ellie Lee, parent of Drama School: Unlocked student
Marcus took time to understand his individual strengths, ambitions and areas for development, challenging him to improve while always making him feel supported.
By the time auditions began, he had well-prepared material, realistic expectations and much greater confidence in himself. For us as parents, this brought considerable reassurance and made a complicated process feel structured and manageable.
Most importantly, he grew not only as an actor but as a person — becoming more resilient, mature, motivated and independent. I would recommend Drama School: Unlocked without hesitation.”
— Shine Sibanda, parent of Drama School: Unlocked student.
Drama school auditions are highly competitive, and no training programme can guarantee an offer.
What we can provide is rigorous training, experienced guidance and honest individual feedback — helping every actor develop their craft and approach the process as prepared as they can be.
We’re proud of the offers our students receive, but we’re equally proud of the confidence, independence and understanding they develop along the way.
Every actor arrives at a different stage of their preparation.
Whether you’re beginning to understand the application process, ready to start developing your audition material or looking for sustained training throughout the audition year, Actor’s Nest can help you identify the right next step.
